This range of single phase heaters are fitted with 1 or 2 thermostatic cut-outs to provide simmering control and to prevent damage from occasionaly running dry. The spliting of the load also removes the need for an external contactor on the higher loadings.
Usually fitted by means of the supplied back-nut, the clearence hole required is 49 mm for
1½"BSP heaters and 67 mm for
2¼"BSP heaters
